Bring 2qt water to rolling boil stir in 2tbls of sea salt and 2tbls hot sauce of your choice. If the crabs are pre cooked boil for 6 to 8 min. If they are raw and frozen boil for 15 to 18 min from time of boil. Chef John

I put some old bay, maybe i put to much..I dont know.

What did you season your water with? I use just a couple pinches of Old Bay and that’s it. I haven’t had them turn out salty yet.
